Children’s Health and Awareness Project

Egypt

Egyptian children need our help.

Ninety-three percent of Egyptian children have experienced physical punishment and psychological aggression from their carers. Seventy percent of female Egyptian children have been mutilated through FGM (Female Genitalia Mutilation). Over sixty percent of Egyptian child mortality is a result of malnutrition.  Anaemia and intestinal infestations are common.

Medicine, meals and awareness.

Your donation will help the Anglican Diocese of Egypt address these issues, by offering more medical tests for children and providing medication and nutritious meals for those who need it.

Your donation will also help the church to lead awareness seminars to educate Egyptian carers on disease prevention, nutrition, domestic violence, abuse, and FGM.

Give and make a difference today.
